What is Nicola like as a PT?

Nicola is so motivating, fun and encouraging - always in an upbeat mood, always full of new ideas. She is extremely well informed about the biology of the human body and so I really understand the benefits of what I am doing.

What are your top objectives from my PT sessions?

Toning up and increasing flexibility, feeling fit, protecting against injury.

How do the sessions make you feel?

I can actually feel that my body is firmer and stronger which is incredibly satisfying.
Nicola makes me feel that I have achieved something for me. I always feel I have more energy rather than less after our sessions!

How have her sessions been of benefit to you?

Nicola has absolutely made me think about protecting my body as I get older.  I think much more about posture, core strength and being fit rather than being thin.  I no longer envy people who are thin if I don't think they look fit and healthy!!

Why you choose a PT (as opposed to other ways).

Nicola tailors the exercises to my needs.  Her sessions fit in well with my schedule and I have a great time with her!
