Training with a partner can be fun and still tailored to each individual. Pair sessions work well for clients looking to share, encourage and motivate each other with their fitness. Some pairs like to challenge their partner and others like to help and work together.



Duration: 1 hr

Cost: £62/session for 1-4 booked sessions. £56/session for 5+ booked sessions.

What to expect from Pairs


Each client completes a questionnaire so that I can design an appropriate programme which takes into account the individual needs of each participant. I take great care to plan sessions for both to benefit and enjoy.

Pairs training is ideal for couples wanting to help each other or friends looking to share fun and fitness.

Pairs can appreciate a range of exercises working together or individually depending on the level of fitness of each client. I mix it up with circuits, intervals, partner exercises, boxing and bring a variety of fitness equipment to suit the clients. The shared incentive and commitment makes for a truly supportive and productive experience.
