Before any sessions, each client is required to complete a prescreening consultation questionnaire. This lists relevant medical details, current state of health, and intended goals and objectives. We then follow a tailored programme designed specifically according to the client’s questionnaire feedback. Progress comes from my guidance and support and the client’s understanding and commitment.
My holistic approach to health and fitness enables me to advise and direct each client on how to optimise their body and wellbeing. I want you to feel the best you can and so that means understanding how to move your body, fuel your body and treat your body specific to you and your needs. I will challenge and motivate you to progress and reach your potential.
